"Spider Girl"

Annika is always performing new tricks for us. This is her latest. I dare you to try it! Pretty impressive for a four year old.

Better watch that girl. You never know what she'll try next. She comes up with some of them most unique ways to explore the world aroud her. We love you Annika and are glad you find ways to have fun.

Love,

Grandpa Bart

Ryan,
I hope you had a good day at school. If you can get the kids in your classes learning curve to climb like Spider girl, Annika, you should have a great year. For most of them it takes about the same things. A little freedom to do what they want and need to do, a little encouragment, lots of love, and some recognition of a job well done. "Hurry, take a picture."

Just make sure the webs don't come
out of her hands so she can fly
place to place, that could be scary.
She is going to be a great gymnist.
Hope the babysitting goes ok for
Sam. Love you, Mom

Hope your day at school was great, but not so great that you didn't look forward to coming home at the end of the day.

Thanks for letting us hang out at your house for a bit yesterday and going out for some Chinese food. Really, Annika was enjoying the octopus. It was yummy, you should have tried some yourselves.

Love you all,

Grandpa Bart

Ryan, This has nothing to do with "Spider Girl" as cute as she is. I've been listening to various renditions of "Time to Say Goodbye" all afternoon. I love the song. I've listened to some of the great artists sing it on UTube and even ordered the CD where Sarah Brightman and Andrea Bocceli sing it together as a duet. I hope you keep practicing and learn the words in Italian. I don't think the English language does justice to the song except in the title. I even told Mom: "I cann't wait to die, so I can hear you sing it at my funeral. If you practice hard you could favor me even before then. You have a great talent that I knew not of until you returned from your mission. Please do not let it go to waste. Share it, Share it. Please.
